Complete audit and schedule

Using our advanced software solution, we make sure your space and requirements are fully taken into consideration when calculating your cleaning proposal. At LCS, we ensure the highest level of professionalism is always delivered by your dedicated manager and cleaning team. We do this through a transparent time and attendance system that results in the best possible service to suit your requirements.

With a fully automated system, we digitally clock staff in and out with unique PIN numbers so your cleaning is completed at the right time. LCS staff are only paid for the time they spend on your site. We regularly check in with you through quick feedback opportunities, providing monthly cleaning and resource audits to give you peace of mind.

Contract Management

We make sure only fully BICSc trained managers oversee your cleaning services. Our managers carry out regular spot checks and audits on all sites. When you work with us, you communicate with real people - no call centres or chatbots involved.

At LCS, we have a full-time specialist team that covers a variety of circumstances, such as sickness, holidays or emergency situations.

Throughout our partnership, your contract is supervised by a dedicated manager and delivered via the latest technology by trained and skilled cleaning specialists. Our technological solutions store all of your information securely so that your data is protected and managers have access to your information when necessary.
